How do PatPat sizes run?
True to size for most kids. We design with 4 mm of growing room, so if your child is between sizes, size up — the fabrics keep their shape through every wash. Full size guide →
What is PatPatCloud™ Cotton?

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping in the US is 4–7 business days. Express is 2–3. Both are free over $69. International to Canada, UK, EU, and AU runs 7–14 business days depending on destination. Full shipping policy →
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery, full refund, no restocking fees, no questions. Items must be unworn (washed or stained items can't be resold). We pay the return shipping for US orders. Start a return →
Do you offer matching family sets?
Yes — that's our core. Most prints come in mom / dad / kid / baby in coordinated sizes. The Everyday Matching Shop stays in-season year-round. Holiday drops (matching Christmas pajamas, beach sets, Disney park outfits) are seasonal — once they're out of size, they're done. Shop everyday matching →
Are PatPat products safe for babies?
Every piece for under-3 is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified — no harmful substances, tested at the fiber level. Babywear is tagless, with flat seams and snap or two-way zip closures. We don't use lead paint, azo dyes, or formaldehyde finishes — full stop.
How does your Disney collaboration work?
We're an authorized Disney apparel partner. The Disney pieces you see are designed by our team and licensed by Disney — they're real Disney product, not fan merch. We focus on the family moments Disney is part of: park visits, Halloween, holiday photo days. See current Disney drops →
Where are PatPat clothes made?
We work with a small set of long-term factory partners across China, Vietnam, and Bangladesh — all Sedex-audited. We've used the same primary mill for our cotton since 2017. Stable supplier relationships are why softness and colorfastness stay consistent batch to batch.
How do I wash PatPat clothes?
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. That's the whole instruction. Our fabrics are pre-shrunk and stress-tested to 100 wash cycles, so you don't need cold-wash-only or air-dry routines. The piece on day 100 should still look like the piece on day 1.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 60 minutes of ordering — email hello@patpat.com with your order number. After that the warehouse has it.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — recyclable kraft wrap with a hand-tied cotton ribbon, $4 per item. Add at checkout. We can include a handwritten card for an extra $2.
