Orders ship from our US warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 2 PM ET ship same day; after that, next business day.

You'll get a tracking number the moment your label is created. If you haven't seen movement after 48 hours, write us — we'll find it.

Returns

The short version

30 days from delivery. Full refund. No restocking fees. No questions. US return shipping is free.

The details

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached. Worn items can't be resold and we don't restock them.
  • Sale items marked final sale can't be returned. These are clearly labeled before checkout.
  • Underwear, swim bottoms, and pierced-ear earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Refunds hit your original payment method 3–5 business days after we receive the return.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@patpat.com with your order number and the items you're returning.
  2. We send a prepaid label within one business day.
  3. Drop the package at any USPS location. Tape over the original label.
  4. Refund processed within 3 business days of warehouse receipt.

Exchanges

For a size or color swap, email us with the order number and what you'd like instead. We'll reserve the replacement, send the return label, and ship the new item the moment the old one's in transit — no waiting for the round trip to finish.
